Our supervision practice is always tailored to the needs of the individual…

We are passionate about providing authentic, quality and ethical services. Supervision is a confidential service within clear parameters.

Together, we will develop a mutual understanding of expectations, preferred structure of sessions and desired outcomes, which will form the basis of our working contract.

We provide an organic therapeutic approach, which is open and honest, driven by the learner, facilitated by the supervisor; to support professional resilience, help to define new ways forward in your mahi and to enhance your effectiveness as a practitioner.

As your supervisor, we will:

  • Provide you with a safe space to unpack and reflect on your mahi
  • Listen to and honour your voice
  • Help you to identify opportunities for growth and plan professional development pathways
  • Brainstorm ideas and options with you for situations you are faced with
  • Support you to develop sound self-care practices and nourish your wellbeing
  • Help bridge the gap between theory and practice
  • Provide you with a record of attendance
  • Ensure accountability.

It is of the utmost importance that you feel comfortable and relaxed in the knowledge that we are in your corner. We practise supervision with transparency, with the strictest confidence, and respect for your privacy.

‘I’m OK. I am on the right path.
I am making good decisions.’

Supervision practice will help you develop the tools and clarity to be able to say the above statement with confidence. Are you okay?

Where shall we meet?

We are based in Whangārei, in the beautiful winterless north. For the best outcomes, I encourage regular kanohi ki kanohi (face to face) or zoom sessions.

We offer supervision sessions from Whangārei CBD and nationwide via zoom or TEAMS.

Our fees are flexible, depending on individual circumstances. Please feel free to make contact to discuss options.

There is no charge for our first meet and greet.
